Returns / Exchanges 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order please contact us at info[at]wormnyc.com.

We must approve your return/exchange before you ship it back to us. Please send us an e-mail to info[at]wormnyc.com including your order # and details as to why you need to return your item. You have 7 days from your order's delivery date (purchase date if from a pop-up) to e-mail us in order to process a return or exchange. Since we are such a small business we cannot offer a return label at this time. Processing time for your return will take from 3-7 days.

Important: Balaclavas are FINAL SALE as they are worn on the face. 

SALE ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
