Single Serving Matcha Frappe Recipe (No Added Sugars)

I'm so excited to share this recipe! I developed it several years ago when I realized I was spending a bit too much on iced matcha drinks. It is so easy to adjust to taste as well.

1- 8 oz. cup filled with ice

1 1/2 Tablespoons of Matcha Powder of Choice (You can use Rishi Sweet Matcha for this if you wish for this drink to taste like a Starbucks Matcha Frappucino)

Fill half of the 8 oz ice cup with milk of choice (I use an unsweetened Almond/Coconut milk blend)

1 Blender

——

First, get the blender out and ready. Then fill the 8 oz. cup with ice cubes, all the way to the top. You can eye ball half a cup of the milk in the 8 oz ice cup. Remember if you want your frap to be thicker use less milk. Now, pour all the contents of the 8 oz. cup into the blender. Add the 1 1/2 tablespoons of Matcha. Blend it all up. You can garnish with whipped cream of choice.

Note: You can use an unsweetened matcha and then your sugar substitute of choice.
