That's it. It's time. Time to add a bit of color to the kitchen! Time to do it with elegance, with an edge of modernity, with a pinch of the classics, and with a wonderful pop of some red somewhere. I have an affinity for modern, clean, yet cozy aesthetics. Take the kitchen above as an example. The lines in the kitchen as well as the color and counter tops aren't busy. Then there is a cozy love seat by the window. A lovely touch to warm up the space.

I absolutely love open storage spaces. Dare I say that I enjoy them a lot more than cabinets? I think that using cups, bowls, etcetera as kitchen decor is just so right. Open cabinets can really bring a kitchen to life.
